The Conservatorio Vincenzo Bugeja Foundation provides serviced premises for community and professional use. By selecting our facilities for your meetings and workshops, you provide sustainable income that directly supports the educational programmes of the Anna Initiative and the development of the young women we serve.
Location & Heritage

These serviced rooms are located within the historic seat of our foundation, situated at 462, St. Joseph High Road, Santa Venera, SVR 1010, Malta. This building has been instrumental to our mission since its inception, providing a stable and functional environment that has enabled our charitable work to endure. By utilising these premises, you contribute directly to the ongoing preservation of our foundation and the support of our residents.

Marchesa Anna Bugeja Room (Boardroom / Conference Room)

A professional and elegant conference space designed for meetings, presentations, and
corporate events. Named in honour of Anna Bugeja, this room reflects leadership and vision at the heart of the Conservatorio’s legacy.

- Equipment: We provide access to projectors and integrated video conferencing systems.
- Refreshments: We offer a variety of options, including standard tea and coffee, as well as premium coffee and herbal tea selections.
Contributions and Arrangements
As a charitable foundation, we collect a donation for the use of our facilities rather than applying standard commercial pricing. These contributions help the Anna Initiative generate sustainable funding to support our educational programs and fulfill our core mission.
We are happy to create tailored packages and discounts to suit your specific event requirements; please contact us to discuss the details. We also invite social institutions to reach out to us directly to discuss special arrangements.
Room Rental
- Base Rate: Starting from €30 per hour per room.
Equipment & Amenities
- Video Conferencing: €35 (for 5 hours; price adjusted based on duration).
- Projector: €25 (for 5 hours; price adjusted based on duration).
- Furniture: Use of desks and chairs is provided free of charge.
Catering (Per Person)
- Premium: €3.00 (Herbal teas and premium coffee).
- Standard: €2.50 (Tea and coffee).
